Carlos was a pleasure to work with throughout our roofing, siding, and roof skylight window replacement project. He was very patient while we evaluated different options and made decisions, and he was always responsive and professional.
As with most large projects, a few corrections and adjustments were needed after the work began. Carlos handled these situations professionally, listened to our concerns, and made sure our needs were addressed. We appreciated his willingness to work through issues and ensure we were satisfied with the final result.
The roofing work was excellent, and we are very happy with the outcome. The gutter installation also went well overall. Most of the corrections that were needed involved the gutters, but these were ultimately addressed.
For window replacements, the installation itself was good. However, if interior molding or trim work is required, I would recommend using a specialized finish carpenter or subcontractor. While the windows were installed properly, the interior molding work was not at the same level as the exterior work.
Overall, Carlos was honest, professional, and easy to work with, and we appreciated his commitment to addressing concerns and standing behind the project.

Carlos went above and beyond in replacing our roof in Brooklyn. He was very easy to work with. The project involved removing the roof and all the supporting structures. The new roof was built from “the ground up”. I was keep abreast of the work through many pictures during the process. The estimate was comprehensive which included many small details. I highly recommend LGM for any roof replacement or installation. He did exactly what he promised and more.
