An LGM estimate is not a number shouted from the driveway. Our estimators get on the roof, inspect the decking and flashing, photograph every problem area, and then walk you through what they found — including the parts that are still fine.

That matters most when a roof does not need replacing. Plenty of homes we visit need a targeted repair, not a full tear-off, and we would rather tell you that and earn the replacement in eight years than sell you one today. It is the least profitable sentence in roofing and the reason our business runs on referrals.

When a replacement is the right call, you get a written proposal that spells out the system, the underlayment, the ventilation plan, the timeline, and the price — with no line items that appear later. If insurance is involved, your estimator documents the damage for your adjuster and speaks their language so you do not have to.

The same estimator stays with your project from the first visit through the final walkthrough. You will not be handed between departments or left wondering who to call.
